Melissa has been mastering the art of hair for over 30 years and opened Bei Capelli Salon in march of 2005. She takes the utmost pride in everything she does as well as keeping current with the latest styles and trends specializing in color, cuts, and smoothing treatments. As owner of Bei Capelli Salon, Melissa is here to ensure that everything about your visit is perfect. Chelsea Madron
Stylist/Makeup Artist
Chelsea joined Bei Capelli in 2015 and is passionate about giving her clients the perfect salon experience. She graduated from Alternative Visions Hair Academy and provides a variety of services including coloring, Keratin Treatments, both men’s and women’s cuts and styles, as well as special event hair and makeup. Chelsea has always loved making people feel beautiful and confident and the lasting relationships she forms with each client that sits in her chair shows.
Leslie Nicole

Leslie grew up in the salon industry and began her career as a stylist in November of 2006 here at Bei Capelli Salon. She is one of our top stylists specializing in unique coloring as well as the latest trends in cutting techniques. Leslie is a true artist behind the chair and nothing gives her more motivation than to see the confidence in her clients when they leave her chair.
Randee Simeonsson

Randee grew up in Japan, is fluent in Japanese, and has also lived in India, Oregon, and Hawaii. Randee has 15 years of professional experience as a hairdresser and has been with Bei Capelli for 7 years. He specializes in multi-cultural and multi-textural hair, detailed men’s and women’s cuts and styles, hair color, perms, and extensions. Randee believes in depth consultations are the key to keeping his clients happy.

Sara Lefler RN-BSN
Nurse Injector
Sara is married to Lee Lefler M.D. Radiologist at Chattanooga Imaging and has 3 sons. In addition she has worked in the ER at Rhea County Medical Center since 1998 and still maintains PRN status there. Sara has been a certified medical injector since 2012.
